The US is awash with many crackpot cures using highly dubious stem cell therapies.
What will sell MSB are positive trial results that will be widely read and appreciated by medical professionals desperate for an effective treatment.
Leave it to them to explain the therapy to patients and their loved ones.
Trial results will speak for themselves.
Letters to the Daily Mail are not the way to go.
