Have you read ISX's response to the SOR? If not I'd suggest you give it a read. If so, what do you think?

Firstly, why weren't the significant counter-responses provided by ISX included in the SOR to give a balanced read? This is similar to the problem with the initial OM article - it was published without contacting the company for its response to give readers a balanced view.

Why hasn't the ASX reasonably allowed the response to be published to shareholders through the MAP (which shareholders rely on as their only source of market information) considering a reasonable person:

1. would expect a response from ISX to the SOR, and
2. would expect to receive such a response from the MAP?
