I'm not saying they are obligated to do it, or even that they should do it. I'm saying that in the current climate there is so much uncertainty with COVID and the economy, and with ISX, shareholders tensions have been amplified tenfold with this ongoing saga. Not being able to access their funds is stressful, regardless of who's right or wrong.
One thing that is certain is that the company's revenues have been hit and will continue to be hit along with most of the country, in a growth company like ISX the effects of this are detrimental. Shareholders have the right to be nervous along with everyone else and it would restore crediblity and confidence in shareholders if they were to relinquish perf. shares, even if they win the court case.
