easiest way to see would be to buy one of the Wolf of the Willows XPA's and read the can... brewed under licence etc.... usually a good sign that they are using another brewers infrastructure or having it brewed on contract.
Quick google search shows they have a brewery at 39 De Havilland Road, Mordialloc VIC 3195....
I doubt Atomics concept site in NSW would be looking to share capacity atm... and it would seem illogical to get the beer brewed in WA and shipped to east coast. Perhaps it has made a marketing arrangement with GRB though - always handy to get a rep to put your name out there for you... FFL, Pinancle Drinks... there are a few other indy/craft beer specific marketers that would be looking for labels to get into their portfolio
