Just for those who haven't bothered to read the fine print with regards to SLA'S proposal for the up and coming meeting here are the details. Please to all those gallahs, donkeys and monkeys who seem hell bent on twisting comments note the following:
(1) 9000000 shares are for settling an account at 27 cents each.
(2) The 28000000 shares to be issued to "Solalife" (Russian Scientists) are escrowed with the following trading stipulations:
Three consecutive days at 80 cents 10 million shares issued
Three consecutive days at $1.20 another 10 million shares issued
And:
Three consecutive days at $1.60 another 8 million issued.
Also, if in four years all or part of this doesn't occur the shares outstanding will be cancelled by the Company!
(3) Vagif and Denis have unlisted options between them totalling 10000000. They are unlisted and therefore worth nothing in the scheme of things unless they are excised at their 50 cent price! Therefore two things need to be considered here, the possible 5 million dollars raised as a result of their excise and the expiry date of 30 November 2011.
