Fed head Powell would appear to be indicating that he has become an expert in medical science by saying that the US economy won't recover properly until a vaccine is administered. It might be news to him and his disconnected elitist fraudulent morons but there is zero chance of a full recovery especially since a banking crisis was already unfolding before the con virus was initiated. Maybe he's another one on Gates payroll.
