This is looking like a spec buy at the minute, liking the depth on the stock and pair that with we have traded sideways enough to get out of the downtrend channel we were in.
It will not take much for this one to move up fast any piece of positive news should drag those buyers up, fair value as it stands should be 2.5c IMO.
