Yep, agree with you Money Made. Based on the callouts in the last announcement:
1) repeating the previously reported 4N HPA product test on a larger sample to repeat the >99.99% resultand provide additional product for verification analyses
2) an independent umpire assay of our >99.99% Al2O3 result (KRR ASX release 23 April 2020)
3) new equipment trials to increase the calcination temperature to ensure the HPA phase is all alphaalumina
4) confirm our HPA is 100% alpha-alumina by an X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) analysis;• increase the Stage 2 purification efficiency.

...that'll take a bit of time. (2) will be at some level serial to (1), not in parallel. (4) is going to be subsequent to (3), and (3)/(4) are potentially pre-cursors to (1) and (2). Looks like a critical path of (3), (4), (1) followed by (2). Did sound like they were under action, so I'm picking somewhere in June. Without a view of the project plan of course, any opinion is compeltely subjective (whether picking new week, next month or next quarter). It'll happen when it happens - if the proposition is good, it is really irrelevant if you're looking to hold until at least a DFS-based finance decision is made. What I'd love to know right now is the forecast elapsed time between a PFS and DFS, and whether there are any environment/landholder dependencies that need sorting. As they'll be the long poles in the tent.
