Considering you are down 75% and it has only cost you $750, I would be celebrating the fact you have learned a very hard lesson very cheaply. Never allow a losing position to blow out to 75%!!! You should have cut your losses much much sooner. IMO it makes absolutely no difference now whether you decide to hold or sell. Even if it went into VA you would only lose a further one third of what you have already lost (would you really care?), and in order to recover your loss you would need a 300% rise in sp, very very unlikely.
