Ken Judge sits on 8 other boards of listed companies, he has received directors fees of $50k for the year to attend 5 meetings that would generally last a couple of hours. So he gets $10000 per meeting plus last year he received 2 million options @ 10c which at todays price 0f 33c is another $460,000, plus what he received in opions in previous years.
HE would also get his travel and accomadation all first class paid for that is how the company managed to spend $948000 on employee benifits & travel costs for the year.
These options and fees and expenses are beyond the pale.
AS Such he wont be getting my vote nor will i support an increase in directors fees.
