The only thing I keep coming back to is self-interest. Just remember that management hold a significant portion and are only taking wages of $70k P/A at the moment, so anything that discounts the SP hurts them more than all of us. That would surely be in the back of their mind when they committed to this strategy.

Also, just because the raise is at $1.30, doesn't mean it traces back to that, if the results blow our socks off it could still close higher than $1.50 now. I also wonder if a lot of the buying in recent times has been to actually push the price up already to ensure a $1.30 cap raise.

It might be some short-term pain, but 6 weeks ago you could get this at 50c so let's not complain too hard about a more than 150% increase in 6 weeks, a positive result, and capital to see us through to end of phase 3.
