4 - highly prospective land next to DEG (which has taken DEG to a c. $500m Market Cap) !!!!) - so great tenements that they have performed c. 2 years DD on before the current drilling campaign commenced (+ the results are due)
5 - Gold Gold Gold - look at the price of gold, we're in the right metal at the right time
