The funding agreement announcement should have been a major milestone for the company and a transformative leap but it has been a bit of a fizz thus far, down 25% and fairly low volume traded. The market just doesn’t know what to make of it with such little detail provided after 6 months of roadshows and discussions.
That’s how I see it anyway. Things should improve once they announce more info about what the agreement means to the bottom line. Doesn’t help with the top holder cashing out completely.
