You keep going on about "what if" the shareprice spikes and they could have raised at a higher price with less dilution.
ok I'll give you another scenario, what if the results aren't as good as we are hoping or another Covid outbreak (or some such event) happens and the price falls to $1.00 and they did the raise at 80c. Would you still be complaining?
The fact remains they need capital to progress and they have the certainty in choppy markets to do that raise at double the price of a month ago.
You keep saying this is the "worst case scenario" for retail investors. What rubbish. The worst case scenario is the company fails or has to keep raising at far lower prices. With the current world scenario and economic disruption I see management's decision to get a placing done at a far higher price than the last 30/60/90 day average as an intellegent one.
Worst case scenario, what a joke.
