You probably won't see a confirmation announcment till mid next week. As for the lithium thing, Maria says if it floats within 3-6 months ADY won't be buying a stake, but they are expecting the float to happen in more of a 12-24 month time frame which means that hopefully ADY will have enough money to purchase the large stake.
Oh one final thing, as for PT showing up to the AGM don't hold you breath, didn't ask Maria that but asked one of the other girls while I was on hold and she just giggled and said she wasn't sure.
