Grow up. Sales have been enormous in the UK alone The cost can be looked at as a catch up on low wages paid over the past year at least.
Unlike banker rewards this has been well earned and is if anything is notice to the market of great performance by the company
THe same can be said for the 2m shares available in November 2020 to a number of NZ etc staff at a strike price of $0.25 Again a way to keep good staff at lower operating cost. Reward for grow and profit
Only criticism I have is would like to know the performance KPIs that will apply to future incentive shares being granted
Just factor this in to the overall shares on issue when projecting earnings per share
