I think if you're going to make outlandish claims you should at the very least have some basic numbers.

Valad have $18 billion worth of assets under managment to which they receive a fee for managing.

They have $2.8 billion in assets and $1.2 billion in debt, leaving them with net assets of $1.6 billion.
Of these assets $1.7 billion is in property and $73 million in cash.

The market currently values them at $131 million.

So, let's see your figures showing us how they are worth Zero ?
