very odd announcement from reu, page-5

the announcment is very odd ! READ THE WORDS !

REU has lent some money which is due to be repaid in January, unless the customer requests to extend.

The customer has said, they dont want to extend, and they dont want to repay either ! So what do they intend to do ?? Not repay, apparently.

Thats what the announcement from REU says. Perhaps that is not the meaning that REU intended convey. But thats what it says.
