Robbbbbbbb - concur with others - well done. A lot of nice easy to read charts and analysis.
Danube - Yep it's true we've not bounced as much as others. Though that's probably just because we didn't drop as far in % terms.
A few observations about this rally:
- this rally has been very solid - apart from the day after the initial 10% US bounce (when it retraced to fill the gap it left behind), after 3940 its been happy to leave some gaps and has ignored a retest of 3940 (XAO) from above.
- Looks to be moving in S&R levels of 250 pts. (XAO) We had 3690, then 3940, then 4190, so expecting the next level to be 4440. If we get past that then 4690.
- Looking at the US Futures, the top of the channel from the low is being tested last night/today for the 5th time. We've had a pullback of half a channel back down to the EMA, but no further (yet), suggesting that may be it for retesting the channel bottom. Also, the lower bollinger has now moved up above the channel bottom, so to retest the bottom again it would need to push the lower bollinger back down. So, this suggests a good chance of a channel break tonight. With the EMA holding, it appears most likely up (to the top of the next channel), which would likely be the top for this rally IMO. So, maybe we see a 5% move tonight and XAO 4440 high tomorrow.
