I would agree. Any delay beyound Feb2009 cannot be blamed on the stock market turbulance. If there are sufficient PO to list, then Feb2009 is probably not a bad time to list it would be listing into a rising market amidst increasing liquidity. Hopefully management is thinking in the same line.
