    I use Westpac broking and have noticed the same - used to get a notification on watch list of announcements but now it is hit and miss - maybe just price sensitive announcements are flagged. Too hard to get a straight answer from them so not going to bother asking but will keep an eye on others on my list to see if they now just flag price sensitive.
