My comment Bob was to convey my feeling about AKP often behaving irrationally. It rarely gives you insight as to what will happen in the short to mid term. Hence my comment that its the result that will count. And yes, it dropped to low 8 with Covid, just like any other stocks on the ASX (dare I say entire world) but briefly reached $12 a couple of days later. You absolutely right though, the law of supply and demand drives its SP, definitely not its fundamentals. Otherwise why did it each 34.80 in 2016?
I find very difficult to read AKP chart on daily or weekly basis, and I was pleasantly surprised to see yesterday the broken neckline on the recent Head and Shoulders formation. But really, that doesn't happen very often. On a broader term, a monthly chart shows the SP has relatively respected the ascending base from June 2013.
I feel we'll be smiling next week!
