With BLU bouncing along its lows, you need to consider why someone would dump 1,000,000 at $ 0.016?
Blue have been trumpeting their potential - all we need is a hint from Govt. that they are listening to BLU - other bodies have urged Govt. to support development of CSG resources as a transition fuel - so far we only appear to have BLU's point of view & some MOU's that seem to be attached to a piece of string!!!
