    Yes...what is "substantial"?,does that mean %100 of the current share price?.Some would say that is very substantial.Depends on where you sit I suppose.The Chinese are being very opportunistic,but if we were in their shoes(and we were),we would try the same thing.Hope GBG shareholders get a fair deal.
