The USA has a few laggards with embarrassing energy mixes.
I don't think the wait is that long, Ash. No longer than the application, approval, GPS-testing and investment decision. Smart developers would be placing their order once they're a lay down misere, as their battery isn't off-the-shelf. Maybe in 2021, we'll see some delays, as supply/demand really gets tested post-COVID. Who knows that that configuration will look like.
