Another pondering - assuming the above is true and they were simply forced to do this out of desperation, I wonder what recourse ADY has for compensation from the groups that they claim owe them money in those court cases? Had they fulfilled their obligations (assuming ADY wins), ADY would not have been put in this position and hence they have suffered massive damages. Just a thought...
