As inflation gathers pace rents will rise , repayments go down - you tell me who sleeps better. The homebuyer with rates constantly dropping, already in the market or the renter facing rent increases and the huge cost of entry one day with higher prices. Know where I would rather be. When you guys realise its a good thing to buy and pay off your house imagine how big your mortgages will be then?
