As a long term ROC shareholder I am intrigued by the actions of a certain director, Adam Jolliffe. Adam is a bright spark. According to ROCs last annual report " In 1990, Mr Jolliffe joined Cargill’s financial trading unit and is currently the Manager of Western European Equity Trading." Cargill is a top class international trading company and Adam is boss of equity trading. He is a financial guru. So what is Adam doing with his private portfolio?
Buying ROC on market. Lots of ROC. In the past year he quietly purchased 1,180,506 shares of ROC. Hardly a day goes by without a ASX release about his latest purchase. When a smart, independent director is putting serious amounts of his own money into a company I am reassured.
