I don't think the agreement had anything describing refunds tbh unless I overlooked it. What I find interesting is I threw 3k at the CR and the company appears to have given me the full amount of shares instead of reducing it inline with the rest of the retail allotments.

The value of the allotted shares is 2999.1 and I'm not really expecting a refund...

I honestly expected this when the company stated they were only taking increments of one thousand dollars, I don't have enough experience with trading and this is only my second CR but the whole thing seems like a way to skim a bit of cream off the top.

Perhaps just my overly paranoid view of finances.
