    My take-outs:

    - MOU for up to 5,000tpa of annual 12,800tpa production (~39%). Note minimum 1,000tpa. Priced at average European v2o5 FOB price (not China)
    - Already have 2000tpa subject to BOA (~15.6%)
    - TMT and Big Pawer to establish a JV to produce vanadium electrolyte / establish a VRFB manufacturing base in Australia, utilising Big Pawer's proprietary VRFB technology and TMT's premium v2o5
    - Provides diversification from steel makers
    - TMT looking forward to working closely with NAIF (re: funding)
