Why contemplate the expense and uncertainty of the law, when an independent block of shares is already being assembled? IMO this has a better chance of achieving a realistic outcome, having far less risk and already gaining support. This is not a tightly held company and if 10% is achievable, 15% would have some real clout. I'm at a bit of a loss to understand why some other shareholders with reasonable holdings don't see this?
