– Before Winding Up, Allco may only make, and Holders are only
entitled to receive payments on the Allco Notes (including
payments of interest), if Allco is solvent at the time and will not
become insolvent as a result of making the payment.
Technically, Allco has only been suspended. They have not wound up. there for interest payment should be made.
