Ann: Patch receives FDA Authorisation for COVID-19 treatment, page-108

The Company will continue its manufacturing of the Patch at its wholly owned R&D facilities in Israel and also via an FDA and ISO certified medical device contract manufacturer in Israel

Can someone explain who this might by be?
I always thought there was only one factory in Israel producing, however this reads to me that they are outsourcing to a medical device maker aswell due to demand?
Does anybody know or am I way off the mark?
