AFG did not have sufficient cash flow to pay debt.
BBI do have sufficient cash flow to pay debt. They probably need to sell at least one more asset just to get the debt down to a level where they are completely out of danger.
What they achieved with a 50% sale of ONE asset equates to 15c per BBI share. The market is valuing the entire portfolio of assets at less than what they received for 50% of one asset. If that's not oversold, I'll give up. Short term it could very well get to 10c. I can't pick the bottom though so I was happy to top up today at 13.5c.
