I think you guys have hit the nail on the head here.

The Board have missed a real opportunity to have a proper clean out and get some new blood in. Instead they've appointed an internal candidate and pushed the ex CEO to the side in the highest paid BD role in the country. I doubt anything will change and whilst he is still there, the ex CEO will call the shots still and ride shotgun. All this to satisfy the demands of banks, funders and investors IMO who would no doubt, and rightly so, be calling for blood over the way this outfit has been run.

As far as Homeground is concerned, they really are up against it. There probably couldn't be a worse time to sell this asset. I doubt there would be a single person staying there at the moment. If it sells, it will be for way less than $56.6M.
