Long held investors who's money has been used to pay these salaries for 3 years were thrown under the bus in the last CR by some very amateurish decisions.
I agree that them taking shares rather than cash for salaries is far from ideal.
The journey to date has also been far from ideal and the pain felt by investors could be shared in this critical time.
An announcement of this nature would increase the SP.
That's not too painful for those being paid in shares.

Very common for Directors not to buy their own stock on market. Personally couldnt give two hoots if they did or didnt buy as long as they keep ticking all the boxes, yesterdays Ann case in point. To think a major Medical Global player has come onboard yet the Co is valued at 20 mill mc.
