I believe, no cornerstone investor... It will be a sophisticated investor raise with discount and maybe an option to participate for current holders... although if it is the case.. I will not participate.
Classic raise for this kind of coy in the current environment.. probably get the money when still on the table.. I am not very optimistic for macro economy later on in the year
