Hope you enjoyed your sabbatical. Tell us though, you being a learned person auditor for a state department- is it possible for shareholders to sue both past and present directors and Administrators of companies for their can not think of the phrase at the moment losing shareholders assets. I feel that somewhere there should be some sort of diligence or responsibility.
