As a lazy amateur, Im interested in peoples thoughts on where this might run to. I like this as an old PI lawyer to begin with.
I understand the value as income is unlikely to be impacted by covid so will be somewhat of a safe haven for investors while offering some diversity as well.
Assuming the economic hit is going to be considerable and lengthy another 10-20% from here would seem plausible to me.
