i wouldnt think the co will be looking to issue shares at a price less than 75c -$1!
no need for extra funds this year but might take advantage if the sp rises above 78c or so then a modest discount if any to a few instos- maybe even at a premium
so with just 135m shares on issue another say 30 mill shares at around 75c say would raise more than they need to fund phase 2
and other trials on topical use maybe shared with another medical house
with 38pct held by dtrs and associates etc maybe higher that will still leave a v tight register of so called “ free liquid float”
wow this stock is going way over $100 mill market cap before year end - yes i know im invested and have vested interest - but thats why im all boots in because it seems so low risk to me that that level will easily be achieved once first in human trials begin - and with so much overwhelming weight of animal ( and human at the edge) evidence of super low toxicity at all expected efficacious doses!
