Whilst I agree that HCT has plenty of potential there are some fundamental shortfalls from where I sit.

As an example I hedged my bets and ordered stock from both HCT and ZNO for work on Tuesday 19/5.

NatshieldUSA's order confirmation email contained no formatting (it's in plain text), the phrasing in the second sentence does not make sense, there are two grammatical errors and it ends with 'When placing your next order, use discount code __ at check out.' At the bottom of the email there are 6 thumbnails linking to different social media accounts, 4 of which don't work or are blank accounts. The order was confirmed as dispatched 15 hours after I placed it which is positive and although the tracking link initially did not work it does now but has no ETA. No tax invoice was included with my order and I could only order in $US so had to work out manually what it was costing me.

Zoono as a comparison had a pretty formatted confirmation email with no errors but no social media links. The order was confirmed as dispatched 21 hours after ordering and has already arrived in Australia as at 2pm today. They automatically emailed me a tax invoice and processed the order in $A despite being a NZ based company.

Let's hope HCT are too busy focused on new business BUT I have from my experience found in life that it is not a good thing when people and/or companies can't get the small things right.
