easier said than done. Board indicated it could be as low as 21c - see statement made by directors on 21st october. could be mnore but they would not commit to that.
in any event, to wind up gli you need 75% approval by shareholders. with emerald holding 27.06% of the stock (see 23 oct announcement), then a wind up will not be possible.
