Either way, I don't really see why they need the word material.
If it was an immaterial agreement, it would not justify a trading halt.
If it referred to the materials being taken, then there is clearly no need to use the word material, because what else would they be taking.
I should look up the relevant listing rule. It probably refers to the materiality of the agreement requiring a halt.
