performance share re the merge, so we are expecting additional 362,620,322 shares (when US revenue hit $1Mil, not taking into account other regions) then another 362,620,322 when revenue is $2.5 Mil form US. (is this achievable this year??)
By then total number of shares will be around 1.7 Billion shares, assuming MktCap goes up to $300-$400 mil, share price should be around .17c - .20c ? I believe this should be achievable this year, as I am sure people in the US can't wait to get their hands on those shares.
Wonder if the current SP takes into account the total number of shares to be, or will there be a break on the SP till revenues hit $10+ Mil in revenue?
