george soros becoming a substantial holder

This is an absolute bargain. George Soros has bought almost 7.5mil at around 80 cents a share. Ken Talbot has also been buying since the 28th May 2008 on the market at a initial price of $3.36! His website shows he know holds 4.5mil which keeps him off the radar as not quite enough to be a substantial holder. Compnay has some amazing potential and these big boys are onto it! If Ken Talbot thought $3.36 was value im sure 60 cents is a steal!
