I think we better be realistic. I would expect a hold over a few years to get back to where it was.
It is possible to make your own sanitizer! I consulted a chemistry teacher about this.
I showed him Natshield and he said ' big deal', you can just make it from X and X and X.
However, the problem with home made stuff is, well you end up smelling like tea tree or other!
Anyway, expect a few years to build up the company.
