From the press release dated 6/11/08 "Ventracor continues its significant progress".....
They seem to have a steady number of implants per month - 27, generating a 2.1 Million per month. If their cash burn now that BTT is almost over, and they are going through a cost reduction exercise is brought to 1.5 (which is what it was prior to kicking off DT), then you would expect them to have a surplus of 0.6 Million per month.
They already have 11.4 Million in cash, so by the end of this financial year, you would expect them to have 18.6 Million.
This is assuming they can keep the current rate of implants per month (4/month as stated). If more implants, also, due to a dropping exchange rate (in the last 4 month it was sitting at 0.8 to 0.9 US$), not it is between 0.6 to 0.7 US$, this should enhance the coffers a little (not much, but a little).
So why the SPP?? Makes you wonder where the money is really going??
But like we all said, if it is such a viable proposition, let them buy heavily into it.
