I don't believe anything has transpired with the issue, and understand that he is quite comfortable with the current status.
As with anyything coming out of the Commission, it really takes a lot of effort and funds, to make things stick and as yet, very few people with much bigger profiles and issues, are yet to be successfully dealt with.
Let's get on with life and consolidate the changes within the company.
