It must be the trivial/small size of Gilded Rose thats an issue here. Depending on where the proposed haul road to any future mining at the Golden Mile area ends up then the most natural owner of Gilded Rose is probably AMG itself - assuming they make an ore treatment contract with Round Oak work.

PNN said they did the due diligence, and there isn't much new data for them to look at, a lot of the drilling at Gilded Rose is historic, from what I recall, no-one has ever stuck a few deep drill holes underneath the defined resource at Gilded Rose to see if there is any down dip potential or not, with the limited number of ounces in the resource and the skinny ore zones and modest grade its hardly a Tier 1 deposit. For some reason it all seems a bit too difficult for anyone to bang a few deeper holes underneath Gilded Rose and settle the question once and for all, despite it being on a granted mining lease.

As far as I understand the only 2 gold plants that logistically make sense for any AMG Golden Mile "ore" are Cloncurry (owned by Round Oak who are part of SOL) and the very small plant at Lorena (ownership a subject of considerable conjecture/debate!) and if you want to find an even more pathetic potential partner company than PNN, then have a look at MAR, the owners of Lorena, who have a gold medal in shareholder wealth destruction.

My holdings in AMG are very small, but worth it just for the giggles that it (and the Cloncurry area in general) provides.
