If it's not then you can choose to accumulate if you think this company still has worth. I think something to be cautious about in forums such as hot copper is that the shorts are probably also the ones that are posting all the time trying to spruce the company up and get you to buy when you shouldn't. focus on the facts. clear indications that are put out by the company before making a decision.
